Commercial Sales Representative-Hybrid

Job Summary:

As a Commercial Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success by developing strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to exceed their expectations. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, products, and services, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements
  • Present and promote products and services to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Manage and maintain client databases, CRM software, and sales tools
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 3 years of sales experience in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of market trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, with ability to learn and leverage new technologies
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel and client meetings)
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for client meetings and industry events
