Job Title: Jr HR
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr HR to join our team and support HR operations across the Americas. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with HR leaders and business partners, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience for approximately 260 employees.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR operations including onboarding, employee records management, and HR reporting
- Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system (Oracle preferred)
- Support recruitment processes such as reference checks, background checks, and pre-employment steps
- Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless and engaging experience
- Prepare employee documentation, including employment changes and offboarding letters
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers for day-to-day HR support
- Ensure HR practices comply with local employment laws and company policies
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as wellness, inclusion, and team programs
- Assist with HR projects, reporting, and regional HR initiatives across the Americas
- Collaborate with IT and Facilities to coordinate new hire setup and employee offboarding
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience supporting new employee onboarding
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Oracle strongly preferred)
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong customer service and employee support mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
