Maritime Procurement Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with operational and financial goals.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts for maritime equipment, technical spares, and related services.
- Collaborate closely with technical, marine, and operations teams to forecast material and service needs.
- Monitor supplier performance, manage costs, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, import/export regulations, and internal procurement policies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, KPIs, and lead initiatives for cost savings.
- Support vessel mobilizations, maintenance activities, and drydock operations as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably within maritime, transportation, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- Proven contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement platforms.
