As a key member of our property management team, you will play a vital role in creating positive resident experiences and driving leasing success.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and lease apartment homes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with residents and prospects.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current availability, pricing, and community features.
- Process rental applications, verify documentation, and assist with lease signing.
- Follow up with prospects via calls, texts, and emails to convert leads.
- Support resident retention efforts and manage lease renewals.
- Keep accurate records in property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or AppFolio.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including social media outreach and local business engagement.
- Ensure model units and tour paths are clean, organized, and ready for showings.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred; experience with multifamily properties is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with property management software is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
