Midstream Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and assist with conceptual designs for new projects, ensuring alignment with client and industry standards.
- Provide technical oversight of project scope, including review of process equipment, vendor selection, and subcontractor services.
- Coordinate the development of design documents such as piping and instrumentation diagrams, valve specifications, piping definitions, and equipment specifications.
- Liaise between engineering disciplines, field construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Lead customer reviews and facilitate effective communication to meet project objectives.
- Travel up to 30% to project sites for site inspections, meetings, and oversight.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews both in-office and on-site to uphold project standards.
- Drive critical decision-making processes to shape project outcomes and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related construction discipline.
- Proven experience creating and reviewing design drawings and calculations.
- Experience reviewing static and rotating equipment.
- Strong knowledge of pipe design codes such as ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, and B31.12.
- Experience with full-scope project responsibilities from FEED phase to mechanical completion.
- Background in EPC design, field engineering, or plant operations/maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams of engineers and coordinate engineering or construction discussions.
- Experience in completing full-scope EPC projects on a lump-sum, turnkey basis.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience leading customer-facing meetings and design reviews.
- Willingness to travel as needed to project sites.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Several years of experience in midstream or petrochemical project management, particularly in EPC environments.
