Multimedia Designer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative Multimedia Designer to produce compelling multimedia content, including photography, video, and graphics, for social media, marketing campaigns, and branded visuals. This role plays a vital part in ensuring all creative materials reflect a consistent tone and visual identity aligned with our organization’s brand. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas and technical expertise to elevate our visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging multimedia content for various digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Collaborate with the in-house marketing team on creative projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Accept, incorporate, and apply creative feedback effectively.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to turn projects around quickly.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, photography, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
- Ability to provide an online portfolio of prior work samples.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Ability to operate computers, cameras, and multimedia equipment using hands and fingers.
- Visual inspection skills for digital and printed creative materials.
- Ability to occasionally move or transport materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Effective communication skills with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a drug- and alcohol-free environment.
