Job Title: Outside Sale Representative – Industrial Accounts

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the customer base and increase revenue within your assigned territory, including Philadelphia, North Chester, Berks, Lebanon, Dauphin, Snyder, Union, Lycoming, and Tioga counties.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to establish and nurture strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with clients’ technical teams to offer expert advice on valve and flow control products, applications, and installation procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issue resolution, and coordination with internal teams to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using MS Office and CRM tools, such as Dynamics365.
- Travel frequently within the territory, with occasional trips to Houston, Texas, for training sessions.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of outside or technical sales experience in an industrial environment, preferably with valves, flow control, or engineered industrial products.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications; CRM experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and proactively develop customer relationships.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit screening.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally to Houston for training.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with industrial valves, flow control products, or related engineered solutions.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics365 or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
