Receiving Lead
Job Summary
This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of incoming and outgoing materials to meet customer expectations and operational standards. The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting warehouse operations, material pickups, deliveries, and team collaboration to drive efficiency and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality control inspections on PVF materials and products.
- Verify material accuracy against packing slips, purchase orders, customer requirements, and complete goods receiving vouchers.
- Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or nonconforming materials.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Operate within ERP systems for inventory tracking, receiving, and order processing.
- Load, unload, stage, and organize warehouse materials.
- Drive company vehicles for local pickups and deliveries as needed.
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of PVF industry experience.
- At least 5+ years of warehouse experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of ERP system experience.
- At least 2+ years of quality control and material inspection experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of receiving experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Positive, team-first “can do” attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
