Regional Quality Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Quality Manager to join a leading provider of advanced diagnostic and inspection solutions for critical infrastructure within the energy sector. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to influence quality standards across the region, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage audits, and oversee corrective and preventive actions, contributing to the organization’s commitment to innovation and high performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional quality performance metrics, standards, and continuous improvement efforts across all operations.
- Assess risks within processes, testing, and release management; proactively intervene and escalate issues to prevent failures.
- Lead, develop, and mentor regional quality personnel to ensure high performance and effective execution of initiatives.
- Conduct regular process audits, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and close quality gaps.
- Oversee root cause analysis of process failures and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage CAPA processes by ensuring proper documentation, ownership, and resolution tracking.
- Address customer concerns, ensuring the prompt delivery of non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Communicate risks, trends, lessons learned, and quality alerts through updates, reports, and team meetings.
- Lead both internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits, ensuring successful audit outcomes.
Requirements
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is required.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or similar.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as API standards and integrity management frameworks is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience, preferably in industrial, energy, inspection, or engineering services sectors.
- Proven track record in conducting and leading quality audits.
- Relevant experience within inspection services, engineering services, or infrastructure-related industries is highly desirable.
