Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the company’s footprint across the U.S. marine market.
- Build a robust pipeline by targeting ship owners, ship managers, and marine operators.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within the maritime ecosystem.
- Promote the company’s range of solutions, including mooring systems, wire ropes, and related equipment, to prospective clients.
- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships, positioning the company as a trusted vendor of choice.
- Collaborate with international teams to coordinate pricing, logistics, and technical support for clients.
- Monitor pipeline activity, forecast sales, and track customer engagement metrics.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and site visits to build brand visibility and strengthen relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, technical sales, or account management.
- Prior experience in marine, offshore, industrial, or related sectors is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and close new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills with the aptitude to articulate technical solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a territory-based role.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagement and market growth.
