Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead janitorial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage supplies, inventory, and equipment to support daily operations.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Maintain clear reporting and communication with management regarding operational status and issues.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Assess service quality regularly and optimize processes for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to evaluate service quality and implement corrective measures.
- Must be able to work in the evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Relevant certifications and floor care knowledge are a plus.
