Supervisor Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations within various commercial, medical, and institutional facilities. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of janitorial staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient cleaning services. Supervisor??????? Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise janitorial staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning services.
- Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory to support efficient operations.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to uphold safety protocols and service standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team communication, reporting, and coordination.
- Monitor work performance, provide feedback, and recognize team achievements.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and cleaning standards across all sites.
- Prepare and submit reports related to operational performance and team activities.
Supervisor??????? Position Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading janitorial or facilities teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
Supervisor??????? Preferred Position Requirements
- Experience working in commercial or large-scale facilities.
- Familiarity with safety certifications and protocols.
