Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations to maintain efficiency and consistency across the community.
- Lead resident relations with a focus on delivering excellent service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate leasing activities, maintenance requests, vendor management, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, collections, and overall property metrics.
- Manage delinquency and implement effective collection strategies to ensure financial health.
- Support, guide, and develop onsite staff to uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
- Resolve issues proactively, maintaining strong resident relations and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in property management, with a preference for Class B & C property backgrounds.
- Proven expertise in handling delinquency, collections, and financial management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in operations, resident relations, and performance metrics analysis.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
