Quality Inspector (Cable Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent inspections and quality assurance activities for cable manufacturing processes.
- Plan and coordinate inspection schedules to align with production timelines.
- Participate in manufacturing kick-off meetings to understand project requirements.
- Perform weekly on-site inspections and review documentation to verify quality standards.
- Monitor manufacturing progress and evaluate quality performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed weekly reports documenting inspection findings and quality status.
- Witness and verify sample tests, routine tests, and factory acceptance tests (FAT).
- Support load-out operations and final inspections to ensure product compliance.
- Follow up on non-conformance issues and verify the implementation of corrective actions.
- Provide quality advisory support related to manufacturing and testing activities.
- Respond rapidly to production incidents or quality deviations to minimize impact.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in manufacturing quality inspection and assurance.
- Strong knowledge of inspection and testing processes within industrial manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience with FATs, quality documentation, non-conformance management, and corrective actions.
- Ability to work independently, providing structured and comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
